Terms & Conditions

1. All Jersey Radio reserves the right to revise the rates at any time.

2. We do not accept any nude, offensive, scams, MLM or illegal uploads

3. Clients are responsible for all payments for services. All balances must be paid by the deployment start date. Unpaid uploads will be removed three days after the start date until payment is made.

4. All Jersey Radio, webmasters & designers shall not be held responsible for claims made in advertisement. Advertiser will indemnify & hold All Jersey Radio, webmasters & designers harmless from & against any loss, expense or liability (including attorney's fees) resulting from claims or suits based upon advertising, without limitation.

5. The webmaster's failure to post an advertisement shall give the advertiser credit for advertisement space equal to or better than the current ad position.

6. The deadline for all changes are 7 days before the first of the month. Any changes made after the deadline will be subject to a $10.00 charge. Ads designed by us will be sent two weeks before posting. Advertiser is responsible for checking the accuracy of all advertisement.

7. The advertiser may have more than one ad that may appear in any ad space.

8. Based on the package selected all pre-recorded audio can be submitted to All Jersey Radio weekly, bi-weekly or monthly via email. All new programming will be uploaded upon receipt of notification.

9.All Parties must agree to The Terms of Usage, Privacy Policy, & Broadcast Terms & Conditions of All jersey Radio, LLC a division of 900 Miles. These terms are effective when opening your account.

10. All Jersey Radio reserves the right to decline any music, videos or advertisment. All material must first be reviewed by All Jersey radio Programmers before airing of the material. If accepted, the programmer will upload your audio, video or advertisement.

New ads will appear on the first of every month
